电站锅炉风量测量装置准确度差、标定复杂。提出一种锅炉总风量软测量方法,通过分析煤燃烧产生热量与消耗空气量之间的关系,推导出利用热量-氧量计算风量的基本公式。从理论上可以消除未完全燃烧损失影响,因此热量计算过程相对简单。进一步经过煤质和空气湿度修正后,可以采用干烟气氧量或湿烟气氧量计算风量并具有更高的准确度。最后引入给煤量信号进行动态补偿,可保证软测量风量的动态响应速度同实际风量相一致。在一600 MW机组上,通过实验对比不同负荷工况下软测量风量与实际测量风量,结果表明软测量准确度好、动态响应速度快、受煤质变化影响小,能够满足现场需要。
Power plant boiler air flow measurement device accuracy is poor, calibration complex. A soft measurement method for total air volume of boiler is proposed. Based on the analysis of the relationship between the heat generated by coal combustion and air consumption, the basic formula for calculating air volume by calorific - oxygen is deduced. In theory, the influence of incomplete combustion loss can be eliminated, so the heat calculation process is relatively simple. After further correction of coal quality and air humidity, the amount of dry flue gas or wet flue gas oxygen can be used to calculate the air volume and have a higher accuracy. Finally, the introduction of coal to the dynamic signal compensation for the signal to ensure that the dynamic response of soft measurement of wind speed with the actual air volume consistent. In a 600 MW unit, the soft measurement air volume and the actual measured air volume under different load conditions are compared experimentally. The results show that the soft measurement accuracy is good, the dynamic response speed is fast, the change of coal quality is small, and the scene needs can be met.
