目的比较不同的人工晶状体的单色像差值,为人工晶状体的设计和选择以及进一步研究人工晶状体植入人眼后的像差特性提供理论依据。方法采用FISBA干涉系统对7种临床常用的人工晶状体进行测量,并对36项Zernike像差系数进行差异分析。结果根据测得的人工晶状体的7阶36项Zernike像差系数,得出临床常用的人工晶状体水平彗差(C8)和垂直彗差(C7)特别显著,其次为C3(散光)、C4(散光)和C5(离焦)。结论通过人工晶状体像差Zernkike系数的测定可以分析人工晶状体的像差分布特性。
Objective To compare the monochromatic aberration values of different intraocular lenses (IOLs) to provide a theoretical basis for the design and selection of intraocular lenses (IOLs) and the further study on the aberration characteristics of intraocular lens (IOL) implantation in human eyes. Methods FISBA interferometry system was used to measure seven commonly used intraocular lenses, and the differences of 36 Zernike aberration coefficients were analyzed. Results According to the 7th order 36th Zernike aberration coefficient of the intraocular lens, the horizontal coma aberration (C8) and the vertical coma aberration (C7) of the intraocular lens were found to be particularly significant, followed by C3 (astigmatism), C4 ) And C5 (defocus). Conclusion The aberration distribution of intraocular lens can be analyzed by measuring the Zernkike coefficient of intraocular lens aberration.
