To teach history well, we must study and summarize the experience and laws of teaching and learning in history teaching. In the past, we have studied and summed up more and more teaching experience in Chinese history, and have less teaching and research on world history. Comrade Chen Longtao of Beijing No. 35 Middle School, “Teaching and Learning of World History in Middle Schools” (published by Guangming Daily Press in April 1991) is a book on China’s experience in conducting a comprehensive and systematic study of this issue.
