目的:了解乐清市新生儿出生缺陷情况。方法:选取2006～2010年乐清市各大医院及部分乡镇医院2006～2010年出生的31640例新生儿,以问卷调查、电话随访、病历资料搜集、资料分析等方法,进行调查工作。结果:发现缺陷儿共453例,平均出生缺陷发生率为143.17/万,5年间出生缺陷发生率呈波动上升趋势,差异无统计学意义。结论:提高婚检、产前检查率对减少新生儿出生缺陷可起到重要作用。
Objective: To understand the birth defects of newborns in Yueqing City. Methods: Totally 31,640 newborns born in major hospitals and some township hospitals in Yueqing from 2006 to 2010 were selected from 2006 to 2010. The survey was conducted by means of questionnaire survey, telephone follow-up, medical history data collection and data analysis. Results: A total of 453 cases of defects were found, the average incidence of birth defects was 143.17 / million. The incidence of birth defects tended to fluctuate in 5 years, with no significant difference. CONCLUSIONS: Increasing premarital examination and antenatal screening rates can play an important role in reducing neonatal birth defects.
