高铬合金的性能可通过铝的加入得到改善,因为在一定条件下铝能使晶粒细化并有助于过饱和固溶体的形成。一般认为铁铬铝合金在略高于900℃时(即三元固溶体存在的温度)具有满意的变形性。但是考虑到文献[2]的结果(FeCr系二元合金),可以认为在所研究的铁铬铝合金中可能呈现超可塑性效应。从[3]可知生产超可塑性材料的途径之一就是添加合金元素以保证得到最好的结构。
