目的研究纳米氢氧化钙材料应用于乳牙根管充填治疗的安全性。方法实验分为三组,实验组为纳米氢氧化钙根充材料浸提液,阴性对照组为0.9%氯化钠溶液,阳性对照组为蒸馏水,各10ml,在体外加入0.2ml的新鲜稀释的抗凝儿童血液,检测三组实验对象的吸光光度值,计算溶血率。结果溶血率为3.96%(<5%)。结论纳米氢氧化钙具有良好的血液相容性,作为乳牙根管充填材料是安全、可靠的。
Objective To study the safety of nanometer Ca (OH) 2 calcium hydroxide applied in root canal filling of deciduous teeth. Methods The experiment was divided into three groups. The experimental group was nano-CaCO3 root-filling material extract, the negative control group was 0.9% sodium chloride solution, the positive control group was distilled water, each 10ml, 0.2ml freshly diluted Anticoagulant children’s blood, test three groups of subjects absorbance value, calculate the rate of hemolysis. Results Hemolysis rate was 3.96% (<5%). Conclusion Nano-Ca (OH) 2 has good blood compatibility and is safe and reliable as a root canal filling material for deciduous teeth.
