采用TLC法对抗感宁冲剂中鱼腥草、大黄和片姜黄进行了鉴别试验；用双波长薄层扫描法对冲剂中大黄素进行定量分析。结果表明：本方法准确，重视性好，可作为该制剂的质量控制方法之一。 The TLC method was used to identify the Houttuynia cordata, rhubarb and turmeric in the antagonistic granules, and the emodin in the granules was quantitatively analyzed by dual wavelength thin-layer scanning. The results show that the method is accurate, with good emphasis, and can be used as one of the quality control methods of the preparation.
