采用室内盆栽法研究12份苜蓿(Medicago sativa)种质材料在3个土壤水分梯度下[对照(CK)、中度干旱(M)、重度干旱(S)]对干旱胁迫的响应,并通过隶属函数标准差系数赋予权重法对其进行抗旱性综合评价,为新疆地区抗旱苜蓿品种的选育提供理论依据。研究结果表明,12份苜蓿的苗期抗旱性从强到弱依次为和田大叶紫花苜蓿>敖汉紫花苜蓿>阿尔泰杂花苜蓿>甘农3号紫花苜蓿>奇台苜蓿>巴州苜蓿>沙湾苜蓿>阜康苜蓿>北疆紫花苜蓿>布尔津苜蓿>策勒苜蓿>伊犁苜蓿。
The responses of 12 alfalfa (Medicago sativa) germplasms to drought stress under three soil moisture gradients [CK (CK), moderate drought (M), severe drought (S)] were studied by pot culture in house. The standard deviation coefficient of function was given a weight method to evaluate its drought resistance comprehensively, which provided the theoretical basis for the breeding of drought-resistant alfalfa varieties in Xinjiang. The results showed that the drought resistance of twelve alfalfa seedlings at the seedling stage was, from the order of strong to the weak, to Hotan alfalfa> Aohan alfalfa> Altay alfalfa> Gannong No.3 alfalfa> Qitai alfalfa> Bazhou alfalfa> Bay alfalfa> Fukang alfalfa> Northern alfalfa> Burqin alfalfa> Celeselt alfalfa> Ili alfalfa.
