肾囊肿是常见的良性病变之一,以往对于大囊肿和/或有症状时,采用手术方法治疗。近年来文献报道采用穿刺硬化剂治疗。我院CT室和泌尿外科合作自1993年开展此项新技术,至今已对90例98个肾囊肿作穿刺硬化剂治疗。现报告如下:1 临床资料90例肾囊肿中男性66例,女性24例。年龄30～72岁,41岁以上占68例。临床症状:70例有症状,临床表现为腰痛、水肿、血尿、尿频、高血压和乏力等。20例无症状,体检时经B超和CT发现。
