目前国内钢铁产品新钢种开发的主要方式是借鉴国外同类产品或者凭产品工程师经验,到目前为止尚未形成一套钢铁新产品开发的科学模型。本研究在六西格玛设计理论原理指导下,运用各种六西格玛质量工具开发出梅钢性能要求最高的汽车大梁钢B590L,并实现批量生产、性能优良、稳定,获得用户认可。本研究总结出开发钢铁产品的六西格玛设计模型——DCOV,可为钢铁企业科学、经济地开发新钢种提供借鉴。
At present, the main method for developing new types of steel products in China is drawing on the experience of similar foreign products or products engineers so far, but no scientific model has yet been formed for the development of new steel products. Under the guidance of six sigma design theory, this research develops a car girder steel B590L with the highest performance requirements of Meishan Iron and Steel using various Six Sigma quality tools, and achieves mass production, excellent performance and stability, and obtains user approval. This study summarizes the development of steel products, Six Sigma design model - DCOV, for steel companies scientifically and economically to develop new types of steel to provide reference.
