在TD-LTE引入初期,为适应核心网侧巨大的结构变化,必须思考两个不同网络相融合的应对策略。通过讨论可知,HSS/HLR融合应采用升级支持和新建设备相结合的方案来应对;MME/SGSN和SAE-GW/GGSN融合需考虑设备升级支持能力、处理能力、容量利用率等因素,当这些因素余量较大时适合采用升级融合方式,当上述因素余量较小时适合采用新建方式;LTE语音业务实现近期可行的是CSFB方案,未来可采用VoLTE/SRVCC方案;Diameter信令网将单独分层、分平面建设并将与No.7信令网长期并存。
