目的 观察面神经干切断后面神经元bcl 2、bax基因表达与面神经元凋亡的关系。方法 采用大鼠面神经干切断模型 ,应用免疫组织化学方法观察面神经干切断后面神经元内bcl 2、bax基因表达变化和对面神经元凋亡的影响。结果 面神经干切断后可以导致bcl 2、bax基因表达的明显变化及面神经元的凋亡。结论 bcl 2、bax基因参与了面神经干切断诱导的面神经元凋亡过程的调控
Objective To observe the relationship between bcl-2 and bax gene expression and facial neuron apoptosis after facial nerve trunk nerve transection. Methods The facial nerve trunk was cut off in rats. The expression of bcl-2 and bax in facial neurons after facial nerve trunk was cut off and the effect on apoptosis of facial neurons were observed by immunohistochemistry. Results The cutaneous nerve trunk can cause the obvious change of bcl 2, bax gene expression and the apoptosis of facial neurons. Conclusion The bcl-2 and bax genes are involved in the regulation of facial neuron apoptosis induced by facial nerve transection
