目的:观察红景天注射液对麻醉犬心肌缺血、心肌梗死的影响。方法:采用心外膜电图标测心肌缺血范围及程度,定量组织学(N-BT、染色法)测定心肌梗死范围;比较在急性心肌缺血、心肌梗死过程中,相关血液生化指标的变化。结果:红景天注射液能明显减轻心肌缺血程度(∑-ST)及心肌缺血范围(N-ST),缩小经 N-BT 染色所显示的梗死区;可有效抑制心肌缺血及心肌梗死引起的血清肌酸磷酸激酶(CK)活性升高、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的释放,降低血浆内皮素(ET)和血栓素 B_2(TXB_2)水平,提高6-酮-前列腺素 F_(1α)(6-keto-PGF_(1α))含量及6-keto-PGF_(1α)/TXB_2的比值。结论:红景天注射液改善麻醉犬急性心肌缺血和心肌梗死的作用强度与阳性对照药合心爽注射剂相似。
Objective: To observe the effect of Rhodiola Injection on myocardial ischemia and myocardial infarction in anesthetized dogs. METHODS: The extent and extent of myocardial ischemia was measured by epicardial electrical images. The extent of myocardial infarction was determined by quantitative histology (N-BT, staining). The changes of blood biochemical parameters during acute myocardial ischemia and myocardial infarction were compared. . Results: Rhodiola injection can significantly reduce myocardial ischemia (ST-ST) and myocardial ischemic extent (N-ST), and reduce the infarct area shown by N-BT staining; it can effectively inhibit myocardial ischemia and myocardial Infarct-induced increase in serum creatine phosphokinase (CK) activity, release of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), decreased plasma endothelin (ET) and thromboxane B_2 (TXB_2) levels, and increased 6-keto-prostaglandin F_ ( 1α) (6-keto-PGF_(1α)) content and 6-keto-PGF_(1α)/TXB_2 ratio. Conclusion: The effect of Rhodiola injection on the acute myocardial ischemia and myocardial infarction in anesthetized dogs is similar to that of the positive control drug Hexinxin injection.
