本文研究了硅酸聚合中盐效应的机理,提出了在胶凝曲线最高点的左边,是负离子起主导作用,最高点的右边,是阳离子起主导作用的见解。由于硅酸聚合是分两步进行的,第一步主要系单硅酸聚合成多硅酸,第二步为多硅酸聚集成凝胶,外加盐对硅酸聚合的催化作用,主要是第二步,中和了多硅酸上的电荷,加速了多硅酸的聚集。
In this paper, the mechanism of salt effect in the polymerization of silicic acid is studied. It is proposed that the negative ion plays a leading role on the left of the highest point of the gel curve, and the right of the highest point is the opinion that the cation plays a leading role. As the polymerization of silicic acid is carried out in two steps, the first step is mainly monosilicic acid polymerization into polysilicic acid, the second step for the accumulation of polysilicate gel, plus the catalytic effect of salt on the polymerization of silicic acid, mainly the first Two-step, neutralized the charge on the polysilicic acid, accelerating the accumulation of polysilicic acid.
