设计了一种带有曲率补偿的高精度帯隙基准电压源电路,通过在特定支路上产生二阶正温度系数的电流补偿V BE的二阶负温度系数项来实现曲率补偿,从而得到更低温度系数的基准电压。同时设计了一种高效的启动电路,在电路上电时保证电路正常启动,电路正常工作后启动电路停止工作。该设计基于CSMC 0.5μm CMOS工艺,在3.3 V电源电压下,输出基准电压800 mV,采用Cadence公司Spectre软件进行仿真和实验测试,结果表明,温度为-50~150℃,基准电压的温度系数为2.4×10-6/℃,电源电压为2.5~4.5 V,电压调整率为0.08%/V。该基准电压源已成功应用在DC/DC转换器中,并取得了良好的应用效果。
