通过介绍经典相似理论在模型试验、非线性结构分析和动力学研究中的应用以及相似系统评价方法的研究进展,指出了目前经典相似理论在非线性领域设计中存在的不足。结合大长细比起重臂结构的设计特点,提出了相似理论在该领域设计应用中新的研究方向,为实现大型工程起重机械系列化产品研发提供高效合理的新方法,为扩展相似设计方法在非线性领域的理论应用奠定基础。
By introducing the application of classical similarity theory in model test, nonlinear structural analysis and dynamics research and the research progress of similar systematic evaluation methods, the existing problems of the classical similarity theory in non-linear domain design are pointed out. Combining with the design characteristics of the structure with large slenderness and smaller boom, this paper puts forward a new research direction of similarity theory in the field of design and application, provides a new efficient and reasonable method for the research and development of large engineering crane series products, The method lays the foundation for the theoretical application in the nonlinear field.
