本文应用齿面接触分析法(TCA)对直线齿环面蜗杆传动制造过程中加工、装配误差对反映传动运动精度的转角误差,反映接触状态的接触点、接触迹线、接触椭圆、法线重合度等的影响规律进行了全面系统的分析。在此基础上,根据线性叠加原理进行了误差最佳组合设计,以尽最大限度的消除误差对传动的不良作用,并将误差最佳组合值与资料[7]公差值对传动的影响作了量的比较.
