采用SPSS19.0进行统计分析。
Objective: To investigate the difference of serum levels of Th17-related cytokines IL-17, IL-21, IL-22 and IL-23 in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) Correlation of cytokine levels with laboratory tests. Methods: Serum samples of 65 patients with SLE and 36 healthy controls were collected. Serum levels of Th17 cells were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for four cytokines, IL-17, IL-21 and IL-22 , IL-23 levels in patients with SLE and healthy people in the serum levels of four cytokines compared to observe the difference between the two SLE patients with serum levels of these four cytokines and laboratory indicators Compare and observe the correlation. Using SPSS19.0 for statistical analysis. Results: The levels of IL-17 and IL-21 in serum of SLE patients were significantly higher than those of normal controls (P <0.01). The levels of IL-22 and IL-23 in serum of SLE patients were not significantly different from those of normal controls. Anti-Sm antibody positive group and anti-Sm antibody positive group compared with the negative group, the level of IL-17 in the positive group was significantly increased (P <0.05) The levels of IL-17 and IL-17 in serum of 65 patients with SLE were significantly correlated with those of C3 (P <0.05) There was no correlation between the cytokines and IgG content. CONCLUSIONS: Elevated Th17-associated cytokines IL-17 and IL-21 in sera of patients with SLE may contribute to the development and progression of the disease. Correlation analysis of the four cytokines and laboratory parameters suggests that IL-17 may promote SLE patients in vivo anti-dsDNA antibody, anti-nucleosomes, anti-histone secretion, but also shows that the level of IL-17 levels may have SLE patients severity of the disease have some tips.
