目的:研究不同浓度乙烯利对广西莪术及桂郁金产量和品质的影响。方法:在生长后期,用20~200mg/L的乙烯利进行叶面喷施,水为对照,取样检测根系伤流量、叶绿素含量、广西莪术和桂郁金数量、鲜重、折干率和姜黄素含量。结果:乙烯利处理可显著提高广西莪术和桂郁金的鲜重、折干率及其姜黄素含量,增加桂郁金的结薯数,但对广西莪术数量影响不显著。与乙烯利显著提高广西莪术根系伤流量和成熟叶片叶绿素含量,加速老叶衰老结果一致。结论:20~200 mg/L的乙烯利处理可有效提高广西莪术和桂郁金产量和品质,以80 mg/L浓度处理效果最明显。
Objective: To study the effects of different concentrations of ethephon on the yield and quality of Curcuma longa and Caragana korshinskii. Methods: Leaf was sprayed with etoposide of 20 ~ 200mg / L in the late growth period. Water was used as a control. Saw flow, chlorophyll content, the amount of Curcuma longa, Vegetarian content. Results: Ethephon significantly increased the fresh weight, dry-up rate and curcumin content of Curcuma longa and Curcuma longa L., and increased the tubercle number of Curcuma longissima. However, the effect of Ethephon was not significant. And ethephon significantly increased Guangxi Curculigo root traumatic injury and mature leaf chlorophyll content, accelerate the aging of old leaves the same results. CONCLUSION: Ethephon 20 ~ 200 mg / L can effectively increase the yield and quality of Curcuma longa and Curcuma longa L. The effect of 80 mg / L treatment is most obvious.
