依照唐律的规定,凡是侍奉父母不“善”的,以不孝罪而给予处罚,譬如违反教令、闻父母丧而不举哀等违反“善事父母”的行为都属于此例。为了让子孙尽心尽力地照顾好长辈,父母在世时,如果子孙攒私房钱或者要求分家的,也要处以三年徒刑。 In accordance with the provisions of the Tang law, all those who serve their parents are not “good”, to be punished by filial piety, such as violations of the edict, smell the mourning of mothers and not violate “good parents” are examples.
