大型煤矿在生产过程中,安全生产和煤质是影响矿井发展的重要因素,只有确保了安全生产,提高了原煤煤质,矿井才能高效、健康、持续发展。大型煤矿人、煤、矸石三流分离运输对于煤矿安全生产和提高原煤煤质有着重要的意义。本文介绍了淮南矿业集团张集煤矿第二副井在建设过程中,从设计源头出发,把基本建设工程与矿井未来生产需要相结合,在系统建设方面不断优化创新,实施了煤矿人、煤、矸石三流分离系统的建设方案,成功实现了人、煤、矸石分流运输,不仅提高了矿井原煤煤质,同时为矿井安全生产提供了更强有力的保障。
