采用日本血吸虫未成熟虫卵可溶性抗原和成虫冷浸抗原分别免疫昆明系小鼠,发现未成熟虫卵可溶性抗原(SIEA)能诱导小鼠产生明显抗卵成熟能力。所得虫卵肉芽肿面积(HE染色,LSAB法)和只用佐剂的对照组存在显著性差异(P<0.01),面积显著减小,而对照组和成虫冷浸抗原之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。
Immunization of Kunming mice with Schistosoma japonicum immature egg soluble antigen and adult cold-soaked antigen revealed that immature egg soluble antigen (SIEA) could induce mice to develop significant anti-egg maturation ability. There was a significant difference (P <0.01) between the area of granuloma enlargement (HE staining, LSAB method) and the control group only with adjuvant, the area was significantly reduced, but there was no significant difference between control group and adult cold-soaked antigen Sex differences (P> 0.05).
