生态廊道在城市格局中发挥着积极的综合效益,伴随着城市的快速扩张,其对土地的强烈需求加剧了生态廊道的环境承载和控制压力,理论上的绝对保护与现实中的开发利用之间的矛盾日益突出。本文通过淮安市古黄河生态单元控制性详细规划的编制,引入“保护与开发”并重的理念,结合规划实践在规划思路、规划方法等方面进行了探索,旨在积极保护城市生态廊道功能有效发挥的前提下,加以科学合理的适度利用,实现可持续发展。 Ecological corridors play an active and integrated role in the urban structure.
