空气采样泵的检测按照规程是负压法连接,但是存在吸收液阻力造成的压力损失过大的问题,而且负压法过滤装置多,结构较为复杂。文章探讨正压方式连接,绕过过滤装置,以达到降低压损、简化装置的目的。正压法连接以空气采样泵为气体发生源,以皂膜气体流量装置为标准,比对瞬时流量,从而达到校准空气采样泵流量参数的目的。
Air sampling pump testing in accordance with the rules of negative pressure connection, but there is the problem of excessive pressure loss caused by liquid absorption resistance, and the negative pressure filtration device, the structure is more complex. The article discusses the positive pressure connection, bypassing the filter device, in order to achieve the purpose of reducing pressure loss and simplifying the device. Positive pressure method connected to the air sampling pump for the gas source to soap film gas flow device as a standard, compared to the instantaneous flow, so as to achieve the purpose of calibrating the air sampling pump flow parameters.
