硅酸盐固废循环流化床脱硫粉煤灰在混凝土中应用的试验研究

循环流化床工艺产生的脱硫粉煤灰因其性能特征没有得到广泛应用,通过堆放或填埋处理既浪费资源又污染环境。通过循环流化床脱硫粉煤灰与普通煤粉炉粉煤灰的对比试验,研究了脱硫粉煤灰对混凝土流动性及强度的影响。结果表明:与煤粉炉粉煤灰相比,脱硫粉煤灰需水量比大,28d活性指数大。掺脱硫粉煤灰的混凝土初始流动性小,坍落度损失大,7d、28d强度均高于基准试样,C60混凝土7d强度占28d强度的88%左右,表现为早期强度高。 The desulfurized fly ash produced by the circulating fluidized bed process has not been widely used because of its performance characteristics. It is wasteful of resources and pollution of the environment by stacking or landfilling. The effect of desulfurized fly ash on the fluidity and strength of concrete was studied by comparing the circulating fluidized bed desulfurized fly ash and common pulverized coal ash. The results show that compared with the fly ash of pulverized coal, the ratio of water to desulfurized fly ash is large, and the activity index is large at 28 days. The initial fluidity and the slump loss of desulfurized fly ash concrete are small, and the strength of 7d and 28d are higher than that of the reference sample. The strength of C60 concrete accounts for about 88% of the 28d strength, showing the high early strength.
