本文提出了一种实用的热电偶电势—温度数字化转换方法。根据热电偶分度公式的特点,利用计算机辅助计算,对其进行分段线性化处理。将处理结果以数表形式存入温度测控计算机中,计算机经过简单的查表和计算,就能准确地把所测热电势转化为温度、自动实现非线性校正和冷端温度补偿。
This paper presents a practical thermocouple potential - temperature digital conversion method. According to the characteristic of the thermocouple indexing formula, the computer-aided calculation is used to segment it linearly. The results will be stored in the form of digital meter temperature measurement and control computer, the computer through a simple look-up table and calculate the measured thermoelectric potential can be accurately converted to temperature, automatic calibration of non-linear and cold junction temperature compensation.
