目的研究可见光及紫外分光光度法测定丁香总黄酮含量的方法。方法可见光分光光度法是以芦丁为参照品,硝酸铝作显色剂,在510 nm波长测定总黄酮含量。紫外分光光度法是以芦丁为参照品,在359 nm波长测定总黄酮含量。结果可见光法平均回收率是99.46%,紫外光法是99.13%。RSD分别是1.15%和0.90%。结论紫外分光光度法是一种较理想的测定方法。
Objective To study the visible and ultraviolet spectrophotometric method for the determination of total flavonoids in clove. Methods Visible spectrophotometry was based on rutin as a reference and aluminum nitrate as a color reagent. The content of total flavonoids was determined at a wavelength of 510 nm. Ultraviolet spectrophotometry is based on rutin as a reference product, and the total flavonoid content was measured at a wavelength of 359 nm. As a result, the average visible light recovery was 99.46% and the ultraviolet light method was 99.13%. The RSD is 1.15% and 0.90%, respectively. Conclusion UV spectrophotometry is an ideal method for determination.
