文章首先验证常用辅料(药用淀粉、糊精、微晶纤维素、蔗糖、乳糖、预胶化淀粉)对维生素B_(12)片含量测定的影响,优化维生素B_(12)片处方。然后用紫外分光光度法做辅料的阴性含量测试,结果表明:糊精、微晶纤维素、预胶化淀粉在361nm波长处的吸收度较大,对维生素B_(12)的含量测定干扰大,不能作为该产品的辅料。最后得出结论:优化筛选后将药用淀粉、蔗糖、乳糖定为维生素B_(12)片的可供选择的辅料。
The article first verifies the influence of the common excipients (medicinal starch, dextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, sucrose, lactose and pregelatinized starch) on the determination of the content of vitamin B 12 and optimizes the prescription of vitamin B 12 tablets. Then the negative content of excipients was measured by UV spectrophotometry. The results showed that the absorbency of dextrin, microcrystalline cellulose and pregelatinized starch at the wavelength of 361nm was large, which had a great interference on the determination of vitamin B 12, Can not be used as accessories for this product. Finally, the conclusion is drawn that the optimal selection of medicinal starch, sucrose and lactose will be the alternative adjuvant for Vitamin B 12 tablets.
