本文提出了一种便携式尿流率仪数据采集系统的初步设计。该系统采用双孔悬臂梁式压力传感器,采集到的数据经ATmega644PA单片机,实现AD转换,并对数据进行相关的处理,得到重量—时间的对应关系,以及尿流量和尿流率两条曲线。在对该设备尿流量测量精度方面,通过Origin 8.0数据分析软件,对采集过程中落点和高度两个因素进行分析,以显示设备测试的准确性。该设计特点是成本低,采集数据速度快,实时性好,精确度高。
This paper presents a preliminary design of a portable urine flow meter data acquisition system. The system uses double-hole cantilever pressure sensor, the data collected by the ATmega644PA SCM, to achieve AD conversion, and data-related processing, the weight-time correspondence, as well as urine flow and urine flow rate of the two curves. In the measurement of urine flow of the device, Origin 8.0 data analysis software was used to analyze the falling point and height during the collection process to show the accuracy of the device test. The design features low cost, fast data acquisition, real-time, high accuracy.
