通过对印尼矿物化性能的分析,综合印尼矿化学成分和粒度组成可以看出,印尼矿是一种铁品位较低,二氧化硅、氧化铝含量高,有害杂质含量相对较高,粒度较粗的铁粉矿。在基准配矿条件下,分别进行了印尼矿代替国内鄂精矿和高铁粉矿的烧结试验。结果表明,在试验条件下,依次配用5%,10%,15%的印尼矿代替国内鄂精矿和高铁粉矿,烧结速度、利用系数明显上升,但烧结矿转鼓强度降低,固体燃耗增加。印尼矿配比为10%时,固体燃料配比在3.8%~3.9%为宜。印尼矿只能作为一种杂矿使用,其配比控制在10%以内,对烧结矿质量影响不大。
