河北某钢铁公司生产的冷轧板经常出现烂边缺陷,由此对冷轧板和原始热轧板边部取样分析。结果表明:热轧板边部铁素体晶粒明显粗大,存在严重混晶现象,最大晶粒尺寸80~100μm,最小的晶粒仅为5~10μm,表明钢坯加热过程中有过烧现象,这是导致冷轧板烂边的主要原因;在冷轧板边部与热轧板边部位置发现氧化铁皮压入,该缺陷不能通过酸洗消除,严重时也将导致冷轧板烂边。 Cold-rolled plate produced by a steel company in Hebei often appear bad edge defects, thus the cold-rolled plate and the original hot-rolled plate edge sampling analysis. The results show that the ferrite grains on the edge of hot rolled sheet are obviously coarse with a serious mixed grain. In the edge of the cold rolled sheet and the edge of the hot rolled sheet, it is found that the scale is pressed in and the defect can not be removed by pickling. In severe cases, the cold rolled sheet will also become rotten.
