我们曾遇到一起因吃炒猪肝引起的猪霍乱沙门氏菌食物中毒,共7例。患者之一于清晨外出时,在市上购得猪肝半斤,据云色泽正常,并无臭味,在室温中放至下午五时许始将猪肝带回家中,切成片随同菠菜炒煮,炒后全家共同分食。据称进餐时猪肝尚有血腥味,显系未曾炒熟。食后约经12小时,全家7人先后发病。7例中2例成人,5例为15岁以下儿童,各例均出现腹痛、腹泻及恶心、呕吐等急性胃肠炎症状,并伴有发热及头痛。年幼者症状重,发热高。1例6岁儿童吃12片,发病最早、病情最重。另1例35岁成人仅吃2片,发病迟、症状较轻。
