目的:探讨老年心力衰竭患者血浆galectin-3表达与心脏结构、功能的关系。方法:选取2018年7月至2020年1月新疆医科大学第一附属医院收治的老年心力衰竭患者102例,美国纽约心脏病学会(NYHA)分级为Ⅰ级19例、Ⅱ级26例、Ⅱ-Ⅳ级57例。心脏彩色多普勒超声测量心脏结构和功能参数,按左心室射血分数(LVEF)分为LVEF≤40%组(n n=35)、LVEF>40%组(n n=67),按左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)分为LVEDD70 mm组(n n=23),分别进行血浆galectin-3和N末端脑钠肽原(NT-proBNP)水平组间比较。心功能NYHA III-IV级患者使用常规抗心力衰竭治疗,按疗效分为无效组和有效组,比较两组血浆galectin-3和NT-proBNP水平。比较不同NYHA分级患者血浆galectin-3、NT-proBNP水平和超声心动图参数。n 结果:LVEF≤40%组血浆galectin-3、NT-proBNP水平均显著高于LVEF>40%组(均n P40% group (bothn P<0.05) . The plasma galectin-3 level increased along with the increasing LVEDD (n P<0.05) . The plasma NT-proBNP level in the LVEDD 50-70 mm group was higher than that in the LVEDD<50 mm group (n P<0.05) . The evaluation for efficacy in patients with NYHA class Ⅲ-Ⅳ after the treatment showed that there were 51 effective cases and 6 ineffective cases. After the treatment, the plasma NT-proBNP and galectin-3 levels in the effective group were lower than those at baseline, whereas the levels in the ineffective group were higher than those at baseline (alln P<0.05) . The plasma galectin-3 and NT-proBNP levels and LVEDD in NYHA class Ⅱ and Ⅲ-Ⅳ groups were higher than those in the class Ⅰ group, whereas the left ventricular fractional shortening (LVFS) and LVEF were lower than those in class Ⅰ group (alln P<0.05) . The plasma galectin-3 and NT-proBNP levels increased along with the increasing cardiac function classes (alln P<0.05) .n Conclusion:The expression of plasma galectin-3 in elderly patients with heart failure is correlated with the changes in cardiac structure and function.
