研究了高纯金属铽的生产工艺，重点讨论了氟化、还原、真空熔铸、真空蒸馏工艺对产品质量及金属直收率的影响，通过优选工艺生产的高纯金属铽直收率达７５ ％ ，产品适合磁致伸缩材料及磁光记录材料的要求。
The production process of high purity terbium metal was studied. The effects of fluorination, reduction, vacuum casting and vacuum distillation process on product quality and straight metal yield were discussed. The direct production rate of high purity terbium was 75% , Products suitable for magnetostrictive materials and magneto-optical recording materials.
