多视角探寻有效教学策略——郑州市丰庆路小学“课堂观察”教学研究启示录

随着新课程改革的不断深入,课堂研究逐渐兴起,传统的听评课方式已经不能对课堂行为是否符合新课程理念进行诊断,也无法对存在问题给予矫正,为此,一些学校在教育专家的引领之下进行了听评课范式的大胆创新,催生了课堂观察这一校本教研的新范式。正是在此背景下,郑州市丰庆路小学经过深入调查研究,于2010年开始实施课堂观察教研范式,通过聚集教师的整体智慧,多视角、全方位寻找有效教学的策略,探寻课堂教学的改革之路。 With the continuous deepening of the new curriculum reform, classroom research is gradually emerging.
