用高脂饲料饲养大白鼠１５ｄ形成肥胖模型后，给予五加皮水提液灌胃，４周后测体重、李氏指数．统计分析结果表明，五加皮有减肥作用．
After 15 days of feeding the rats with high-fat diet, an obesity model was established. The rats were given gavage water extract, and the body weight and Lee’s index were measured after 4 weeks. Statistical analysis results show that Wujiapi has a slimming effect.
