2004年北京国际马拉松比赛中,两名业余参赛者猝死赛场,另外有十人因为虚脱,约四百人因韧带拉伤而被急救。发生这样的悲剧确实令人触目惊心,这使我们不得不反思一些问题:中国人的体质是不是在下降?中国人的健身习惯会不会在高强度的工作压力面前悄然改变?中国民众的健身方法是否得当?中国民众的急救互救常识是否普及到位?这次马拉松赛就像一次考试,平时没有准备好,考试自然不及格。它所暴露出来的问题,并不是一个摆在表面上的、孤立的问题,它是我国国民体育意识淡薄、相关教育不足的一种社会表现。通过这次事件,我们最该学到的就是如何生活得更健康,这种生活方式的转变,才是体育的最终目的,而这需要一种长期行为,要求人们建立良好的体育观念,包括养成良好体育意识和改变生活方式。我们做这个专题,就是希望引起更多的读者关注自己和他人的健康,并培养良好的健身习惯。
In the 2004 Beijing International Marathon, two amateur contestants were suddenly killed. Ten people were ambushed due to collapse, and about 400 were first aid due to ligament strain.
