对沥青路面材料再生时,由于旧沥青混合料加热后具有黏性,在叶片和滚筒壁的夹角间会有严重的积料现象,影响叶片的扬料能力,同时积料长时间受热也容易老化。为减少积料厚度,需要改善叶片和滚筒壁的连接角度,以使单位质量的混合料与叶片和滚筒内壁的接触面积最小。为此,可将叶片与滚筒壁的连接处设计为圆弧过渡,避免出现死角,并结合滚筒几何尺寸,适当增加过渡圆弧的半径,以减小积料弓高。对泰安岳首筑路机械有限公司生产的2000型间歇式沥青混凝土搅拌设备配套的样机叶片进行设计,该机滚筒直径为2m,转速为0.52rad/s,过渡圆弧半径为0.35m。完全利用回收料的各种级配材料(AC-25Ⅰ、AC-20Ⅰ、AC-16Ⅰ3种规格),再生料中回收料的添加比例为30%进行试验,试验结果表明积料截面的最大厚度不超过0.05m,利用骨料完全可将积料清除。
