“反思型课堂教学模式”包括三个阶段:课前反思——反思基础上的课堂教学设计;课中反思——课堂教学智慧生成与机智创新;课后反思——回顾研究与反馈评价。但此教学模式中的反思并不局限于某一阶段,而要促使教师在“行动——反思——再行动——再反思”的循环过程中不断得到发展。实施反思型课堂教学模式的成效是显著的:落实了新课程标准理念,促进新课程改革的实施;真正确立了学生的主体地位,学生素质得以提高;优化了课堂教学结构,实现了有效教学;提高了教师的教学反思能力,促进了教师的专业成长。
