目的:初步考察茶多酚对β-肾上腺素受体的作用,为探讨其减肥作用机制提供一定的实验依据。方法:应用放射配基结合实验观察茶多酚与β-肾上腺素受体及β3肾上腺素受体的结合情况。结果:茶多酚与β肾上腺素受体结合的K值为82.81nmol/L,与β3肾上腺素受体结合的K值为32.30nmol/L。结论:茶多酚对β-肾上腺素受体及β3肾上腺素受体均具有一定的亲和力。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of tea polyphenols on β-adrenoceptor, and to provide some experimental evidence for exploring its mechanism of weight loss. Methods: The binding of tea polyphenols to β-adrenergic receptor and β3-adrenergic receptor was observed by radioligand binding assay. Results: The K value of tea polyphenols and β adrenergic receptor was 82.81nmol / L, and the K value of β3 adrenoceptor was 32.30nmol / L. Conclusion: Tea polyphenols have certain affinities to β-adrenergic receptor and β3-adrenergic receptor.
