市场中总有新的购买者,也总会遇到那些很初级的问题。这些问题对他们而言又是很头痛的,房子的种类五花八门,什么商品房、期房、多层、塔楼、公寓等等,看得人眼花缭乱。为了帮助购房人分清这些概念,本刊将连续对购房的基础知识作出一一介绍。
There are always new buyers in the market, and there are always some elementary questions. These problems are very troublesome to them. There are many kinds of houses, what kinds of commercial buildings, 期房, multi-storey buildings, towers, apartments and so on are dazzling.
