承钢含铁原料的特点是含有较高的钒钛成分,黏结相不充分,烧结矿转鼓指数低,强度差。对承钢3种常用铁矿粉的同化温度、液相流动性、连晶强度、黏结相强度等基础特性指标和单烧试验结果进行分析比较,研究铁矿粉的基础特性对承钢3种铁矿粉单矿烧结矿转鼓强度的影响,为合理配矿提供参考。 Bearing iron content of raw materials is characterized by high content of vanadium and titanium components, bonding phase is not sufficient, sinter drum index is low, poor strength.
