LNG大型储罐钢结构穹顶的安装一般采用气升顶的方法。这种施工工艺对风荷载敏感,要求施工设计上考虑合理的平衡系统。以某已建项目16万方储罐为例,论证了风荷载对拱顶气升顶的影响。阐述了气升顶过程中风作用于拱顶的受力机理及导致的拱顶受力状态。得出不同风级条件下拱顶的平衡系统需求,从而为气升顶施工工艺的设计提供依据。
The installation of steel domes for LNG large storage tanks generally adopts the method of gas dome roofing. This construction process is sensitive to wind loads and requires a reasonable balance of system for the design of the construction. Taking the 160000 square storage tank of an existing project as an example, the effect of wind load on the dome lift of the vault is demonstrated. The mechanism of the force acting on the vault by the wind during the gas lifting process and the resulting stress state of the vault are described. The demand of the balance system of vault under different wind levels was obtained, which provided the basis for the design of gas lift top construction technology.
