提高高炉风温,延长热风炉寿命及加大喷煤量都是高炉强化、大幅度降低焦比、降低生产成本、提高经济效益的有效措施。本文第一部分介绍了国内外热风炉风温水平及热风炉结构型式发展状况;阐述、分析了顶燃式热风炉推广难、霍戈文内燃式热风炉应用广泛、国内对传统内燃式热风炉改造后仍不能满足长寿要求的原因;着重介绍了重庆钢铁设计研究院开发的新型内燃式热风炉的主要设计技术及其主要技术特点。文章第二部分叙述了国内外喷煤技术的进步;讨论了煤种选择、喷煤工艺优化形式、喷煤合适富氧率等目前国内冶金工作者关心的问题;提出了在我国当前氧气价格较高的情况下,采用高风温低富氧大喷煤能获得更好的经济效益的技术观点。
Increasing blast furnace air temperature, prolonging the life of hot blast stoves and increasing the amount of coal injected are all effective measures for enhancing the blast furnace, reducing the coke ratio drastically, lowering the production cost and raising economic benefits. The first part of this article introduces the domestic and international hot air stove temperature level and the development of hot stove structure type; expounds and analyzes the top-fired hot stove difficult to promote, Hogwein internal combustion hot stove widely used, the domestic reform of the traditional internal combustion hot stove It still can not meet the requirements of longevity. The main design techniques and main technical characteristics of the new type internal combustion hot blast stove developed by Chongqing Iron & Steel Design and Research Institute are emphatically introduced. The second part of the article describes the progress of coal injection technology both at home and abroad; discusses the current concerns of domestic metallurgical workers, such as the choice of coal type, the optimized form of coal injection process, and the proper oxygen enrichment rate of coal injection; High circumstances, the use of high temperature and low oxygen-rich large coal injection can get better economic benefits from the technical point of view.
