以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为改性剂改性钠基蒙脱土,基于均匀设计和多元非线性回归法考察了去离子水用量、CTAB用量、搅拌速度、搅拌温度和滴加时间对改性钠基蒙脱土片层间距的影响,表征了改性钠基蒙脱土的组成、结构和微观形貌.结果表明,改性钠基蒙脱土的相容性提高,片层间距显著增加,各因素对改性钠基蒙脱土片层间距的影响程度为CTAB用量?搅拌温度?搅拌速度?去离子水用量?滴加时间.优化的改性钠基蒙脱土方案为:去离子水用量358 g,CTAB用量0.47 g,搅拌速度2853 r/min,搅拌温度75.6℃,滴加时间128 min.
