膝关节半月板损伤是膝关节紊乱症中最常见之一,其中因盘状半月板所致膝关节疼痛占28.6%。我院近两年共收治5例盘状半月板并经CT证实,5例全部为外侧,其中2例撕裂严重。现报告如下: 临术资料 本组男4例,女1例,年龄19~45岁,其中2例有明显外伤史,5例均有不同程度和频度的弹响、关节交锁、疼痛以及失稳。4例McMurray征阳性,沿膝关节外侧间隙均有明显压痛。病程2~6年。术前均经CT检查证实,手术所见亦均相符。 5例全部采用GE8800CT装置,扫描条件为120kV,250mA,11.56s,短阵576,层厚1.5mm,间距
Knee meniscus injury is one of the most common knee disorders, with 28.6% of knee pain due to discoid meniscus.
