人文关怀教育模式是现代教育教学管理的核心。面对绝大部分城镇高中生源素质参差不齐的现状,必须推进人文关怀教学模式的探索。要打破一成不变的流水线式教育培养模式就必须实施分层次教学,为学生创设适合自身条件的学习环境,这样才能把不可能的同步式发展变为可能的差异式进步。新课程理念更加体现出了教育的人文关怀和人性化的本质。在新课程理念的指导下,以学生为本的分层次教学应该在城镇普通高中广泛开展和推广。
Humane care education mode is the core of modern education and teaching management. Faced with the uneven quality of most urban high school students, we must promote the exploration of humanistic care teaching mode. To break the rigid model of pipeline education and training must be implemented in different levels of teaching, to create suitable for their own learning environment for students, so as to be impossible to the synchronous development of possible differences in progress. The concept of the new curriculum more embodies the humane care and humane nature of education. Under the guidance of the new curriculum concept, the student-centered teaching at different levels should be widely carried out and popularized in ordinary urban high schools.
