作者采用间接测热法对上海市男女划船运动员能量代谢进行了研究,包括基础代谢率、安静代谢率、各项运动的能量消耗及24h总的能量消耗等项目。结果以每分钟kJ/m~2计:男女基础代谢率分别为2.999和2.682;安静代谢率分别为4.770和3.724;素质训练各项的能量消耗分别为13.272~27.874和9.146~25.242;专项训练分别为29.949~43.283和28.815~36.606。糖和脂肪为运动员训练时能量的主要来源。素质训练中糖和脂肪供能比约为0.6:0.4;专项训练中约为0.5:0.5。运动员全日总的能量代谢,男、女运动员各队能量消耗分别为16138~17481kJ/d和14916~15623kJ/d,平均分别为16916和15213kJ/d。若增加水上运动,男女平均分别为19974和18046kJ/d。
The authors used indirect calorimetry to study the energy metabolism of male and female boaters in Shanghai, including basic metabolic rate, quiet metabolic rate, energy expenditure of various sports and total energy consumption of 24 hours. The results showed that the basic metabolic rate of men and women were 2.999 and 2.682 respectively; the quiet metabolic rate was 4.770 and 3.724 respectively; the energy expenditure of each quality training was 13.272 ~ 27.874 and 9.146 ~ 25.242 respectively; 29.949 ~ 43.283 and 28.815 ~ 36.606. Sugar and fat are the main sources of energy for athlete training. Quality training sugar and fat to energy ratio is about 0.6: 0.4; special training is about 0.5: 0.5. The total energy metabolism of athletes during the whole day, male and female athletes each team energy consumption were 16138 ~ 17481kJ / d and 14916 ~ 15623kJ / d, with an average of 16916 and 15213kJ / d respectively. If you increase water sports, the average male and female were 19974 and 18046kJ / d.
