The filter paper substrate phosphorescence (PS-RTP) characteristics of cryptotanshinone and tanshinone IIA were investigated. Cd (Ac) 2 was selected as a heavy atom perturbation agent, and various factors affecting the luminescence intensity of these two tanshinones were studied in detail.
