本文从自由基反应机理出发,系统地研究了甲基异丙苯氧化生成甲基异丙苯氢过氧化物、a,a-二甲基甲苯甲醇、甲基苯乙酮、异丙基苯甲酸的主、付反应动力学。建立了各反应的氧化速率方程式,求得各反应的表观反应速率常数及表观活化能。在[ROOH]<[ROOH]_(max)(~21%)时,用所得的K值计算各瞬间氧化液组成与实测相符。测定了甲基异丙苯各异构体的相对易氧化性为:o:m:p=1:2.15:2.43。
In this paper, starting from the radical reaction mechanism, we studied systematically the oxidation of methyl cumene to methyl cumene hydroperoxide, a, a-dimethylbenzyl alcohol, methyl acetophenone, isopropylbenzoic acid The main, pay reaction kinetics. The oxidation rate equation of each reaction was established, and the apparent reaction rate constant and apparent activation energy of each reaction were obtained. At [ROOH] <[ROOH] _ (max) (~ 21%), the composition of the oxidized liquid at each moment was calculated using the obtained K value in agreement with the measured value. The relative oxidizability of each isomer of methyl cumyl was determined as: o: m: p = 1: 2.15: 2.43.
